**Cartoon Money Printers LLC Return and Refund Policy**

Thank you for engaging with the services and purchasing merchandise offered by Cartoon Money Printers LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or return for our services, including subscriptions to the Cartoon Money Printers Discord server ("Server"), access to proprietary content on our website, CartoonMoneyPrinters.com ("Website"), and merchandise purchased from our online store facilitated by Printful. By subscribing to our services or purchasing our merchandise, you agree to this policy.
**1. Subscription Fees**
All subscription fees for accessing the proprietary content provided by Cartoon Money Printers LLC are non-refundable. This includes any monthly subscription fees paid for access to the Server and any other services offered through our Website.
**2. Merchandise Returns and Refunds**
- **General Policy:** Merchandise purchased through our online store, which is fulfilled by Printful, may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange if it is in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
- **Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:** Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- **Lost Packages:** For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims are processed by us and communicated to Printful for resolution.
- **Refunds and Exchanges:** Refunds for returned merchandise will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
- **Return Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. If an incorrect address provided by the customer causes a return, the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
**3. Special Conditions**
- **Unclaimed Shipments:** Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
- **Returns by Customer:** Customers are advised to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, including face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. In the case of customers residing in Brazil, regretting a purchase must be reported to our Customer Service within 7 consecutive days after receiving the item.
- **Sealed Goods:** Per Printful's policy, returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, are not accepted.
**4. Chargebacks and Disputes**
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us can lead to suspension or termination of your access to our services and may affect your eligibility for refunds or returns. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing or service issues.
**5. Changes to This Policy**
Cartoon Money Printers LLC reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Server and on our Website. Your continued use of our services and purchases from our store following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
**6. Governing Law**
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
